Motorsport
Less than 50 km from Alfersteg are the world-famous circuits of Spa-Francorchamps and the Nürburgring. These iconic tracks host legendary races such as Formula 1 and the 24-hour races for touring cars and motorcycles. An annual highlight is the East Belgian Rally. Motorsport fans get their money’s worth and can experience many events up close.

Action and fun

The sports and leisure centre in St. Vith with its indoor pool offers lots of swimming fun for young and old. In summer, the Wiesenbach outdoor pool also opens – a refreshing alternative on warm days where you can soak up the sun and swim in the spacious outdoor pool.

Many villages in the region have public playgrounds, including St. Vith and Schönberg. Near the Luxembourg border, Mared Indoor offers an indoor play centre with lots of activities – ideal for rainy days.

Golfers will find several 18-hole courses in the region, namely in Clervaux, Spa and Henri-Chapelle. For those who prefer something smaller, you can also play mini golf in Schönberg.
